About our Principal
Marlene Swinney is an SAIA & SACAP registered Professional Architect with over 27 years’ experience.
She is also an experienced professional construction project manager having managed projects valued over R38 million.
Marlene served as President of the Border-Kei Institute of Architects from 2016-2017, and as a member of the National SAIA board from 2018-2019
